Great location near the quayside, with lots of bars, restaurants and entertainment nearby. Helpful and friendly staff who refunded my breakfast when the restaurant was closed. The rooms were clean and tidy, with spacious family rooms available.
A lot of noise from nearby night clubs and bars, which disturbed my sleep throughout my stay. The restaurant was not up to par, with long wait times and missing orders.

Convenient location and the standard lived up to expectations.
Unfortunately roadworks had commenced 3 days earlier right outside the hotel. This was not the fault of the hotel but if we had received prior knowledge of this, we may have decided to change our booking as it did wake us very early.

We tried some restaurants, including thai in the park which boasted a quality cuisine. It is adjacent to the airport. We recommend it to family, our entire stay was pleasant.

I had a very pleasant stay at the Premier Inn Plymouth City - Lockyers Quay. The staff were extremely helpful when I requested adjacent rooms on the ground floor due to my companion's mobility difficulties. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, and the location near Sutton Harbour was picturesque. The hotel provided a fan in the room, which kept it cool during the warm weather. I would recommend this hotel for its helpful staff and comfortable rooms.

Nice sized room, good location near to restaurants and the cinema. A lot of choice for breakfast.
Had to go to a separate building for breakfast. Only a quick walk across a car park to get there though so not a big problem.

Good location, comfortable room and resonably quiet. Staff really helpful.
Only minor points: There are two Premier hotels adjacent and easily to go to wrong hotel. Breakfast in nearby restaurant which is OK - however impossible to obtain hot tea due to system.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were basic but comfortable, with a comfortable bed overlooking the harbour. I also enjoyed the breakfast that was included in the price.
One aspect that could be improved was the lack of air conditioning in the rooms.
